Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend begin processing the following Monday.

All orders are shipped through USPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Delivery times can vary based on the destination, USPS operations, weather, holidays, and other carrier conditions.

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout. If an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

If your package is delayed, marked delivered but cannot be located, or appears damaged, please contact USPS first using your tracking number, then email us at hola@thespanglishkids.com so we can help review the shipment details.
