Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend begin processing the following Monday.

How will I track my order?

All orders ship through USPS. Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships.

What if my package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered?

Please contact USPS first using your tracking number. You can also email us at hola@thespanglishkids.com so we can help review the shipment details.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Returns and orders

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for wrong size, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item. Please review the size chart and product details carefully before ordering.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Email hola@thespanglishkids.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at hola@thespanglishkids.com. Because orders may begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order is placed.

Sizing and care

How do I choose a size?

Please review the size chart on the product page before ordering. Some items may run small, and cotton garments may shrink after washing. If you have a sizing question, contact us before checkout.

How should I care for my item?

Follow the care instructions on the individual product page and product label. If you have a question about a specific item, email hola@thespanglishkids.com.
