Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for wrong size, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item. Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order. Our clothing is 100% cotton and may shrink after washing.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hola@thespanglishkids.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Please do not send anything back without contacting us first and receiving instructions.
